UK Spouse Visa Help provides independent immigration application preparation support and document assistance services for:
• UK spouse visas
• FLR(M) applications
• Indefinite Leave to Remain (ILR) applications
• Parent visa applications
• Dependant child visa applications
By using this service, you acknowledge and agree to the following terms:
Services Provided
Services may include:
• eligibility discussions
• application preparation support
• supporting document guidance
• document organisation
• evidence review
• application form assistance
• cover letter/supporting explanation preparation
• general application support throughout the preparation process
UK Spouse Visa Help is not a firm of solicitors and does not provide regulated legal representation.
NO GUARANTEE OF APPROVAL
No guarantee can ever be given regarding the outcome of any visa or immigration application. All decisions are made solely by UK Visas and Immigration (UKVI) / the Home Office.
Clients remain fully responsible for:
• ensuring all information provided is truthful and accurate
• checking all forms and supporting documents before submission
• disclosing all relevant immigration history, refusals, criminal matters and changes in circumstances
Failure to provide complete or accurate information may affect guidance provided and may affect application outcomes.
FEES & PAYMENTS
• Initial consultations are provided free of charge.
• A 50% payment is required before work commences.
• The remaining balance must be paid prior to application submission.
• Payments are non-refundable once work has commenced.
COMMUNICATION
Communication is provided remotely via:
• telephone
• WhatsApp messaging
General contact hours are: 9:00am – 5:00pm, 7 days per week.
While every effort will be made to respond promptly, immediate responses cannot always be guaranteed.
CLIENT RESPONSIBILITIES
Clients are responsible for:
• providing requested documentation promptly
• ensuring documents supplied are clear and complete
• checking final applications carefully before submission
• ensuring supporting documents remain genuine and accurate
UK Spouse Visa Help will not assist with:
• false or misleading applications
• fabricated documents or evidence
• dishonest representations to UKVI
• appeals or court proceedings
DOCUMENT HANDLING & PRIVACY
Documents may contain sensitive personal information including passports, bank statements, payslips, immigration records and relationship evidence.
Clients should submit documents electronically via email wherever possible.
Client documents and personal information will be handled confidentially and used solely for the purpose of providing immigration application preparation support services.
Documents will generally be deleted following visa approval unless otherwise required for ongoing support purposes.
LIMITATION OF LIABILITY
UK Spouse Visa Help cannot be held responsible for:
• Home Office processing delays
• visa refusals
• technical issues with UKVI systems
• decisions made by UKVI / the Home Office
• consequences arising from incomplete, inaccurate or omitted information supplied by clients
UK Spouse Visa Help reserves the right to decline services where matters fall outside the scope of support offered.
