How it Works
Many applicants already feel overwhelmed before the application process even begins. Breaking the process into clear stages can help make things feel more manageable and less stressful.

INITIAL ELIGIBILITY ASSESSMENT
An initial discussion will take place regarding your circumstances, immigration history and whether you appear to meet the relevant eligibility requirements for the visa category concerned.
This may include discussion regarding:
• financial requirements
• accommodation requirements
• relationship requirements
• supporting evidence
• application costs
Estimated government and third-party costs may also be discussed, including:
• application fees
• Immigration Health Surcharge (IHS)
• VFS / biometrics fees
• English language tests
• tuberculosis testing where applicable
• translation fees where required
SERVICE AGREEMENT
If you decide to proceed, a Terms of Service agreement will be provided for review and signature.
A 50% payment is required before work commences.
DOCUMENT COLLECTION & APPLICATION PREPARATION
Supporting documents and information will then be collected and reviewed.
This may include:
• payslips
• bank statements
• marriage certificates
• accommodation evidence
• employment evidence
• relationship evidence
• identity documents
• certified translations where required
For organisation purposes, supporting documents should generally be provided by email where possible.
Applications may be delayed where requested documents or information are not provided promptly.

Clients remain responsible for reviewing and approving final application details before submission.
The remaining 50% balance is payable prior to submission support being completed.
